Concentrated liquidity in v3 allows Liquidity Providers to allocate capital within custom price ranges, achieving up to 4,000x higher capital efficiency compared to v2. The protocol offers flexible fee tiers (0.01%, 0.05%, 0.25%, and 1%) to accommodate different asset volatilities. Beyond spot trading, PancakeSwap v3 supports perpetual futures, stableswap pools, yield farming, and gamified features including lottery and price prediction markets. The exchange has expanded to support over 19 blockchain networks including Ethereum, Solana, Base, Arbitrum, Aptos, ZKsync, Linea, Monad, and opBNB. As of 2026, PancakeSwap v3 on BNB Chain maintains approximately $985 million in TVL with over $528 million in 24-hour trading volume. The native CAKE token is used for staking in Syrup Pools, yield farming, and governance. No KYC is required.
